The highlight is the command and coordination in training. Officers at all levels have a firm grasp of the plan, handle it flexibly, proactively command troops to practice according to the plan, plan, and apply tactical requirements well to specific conditions. The Regiment promotes the Emulation Movement to Win, creating motivation for officers and soldiers of the entire unit to constantly strive and complete their tasks well. Along with training, the Regiment always cares about the material life, spirit and health of soldiers.
