For more than 13 years working in the military weapons industry, wherever and in whatever circumstances, Pham Tuan Anh has always voluntarily cultivated, trained, received and completed well, excellently all assigned tasks, and has been trusted and highly appreciated by the Party Committee and unit commanders, and admired and respected by his teammates. As Head of the Military Weapons Department, he regularly follows the leadership and direction of his superiors, promptly advises and proposes many policies and measures in leadership and direction, ensuring good weapons and ammunition for the missions. At the same time, he always demonstrates a sense of responsibility, takes the lead in work, is exemplary in words and deeds, and together with the unit maintains the technical work regime; directs and guides subordinate units to organize maintenance, preservation, reception, and timely and synchronous distribution of military weapons and supplies, helping agencies and units successfully complete training tasks, combat readiness, drills, competitions, and sports events.

Not only completing his tasks well, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Tuan Anh also won many achievements in competitions and sports, notably the first prize in the overall competition for the best Chief of the Military Armament Department and Deputy Director of the Technical Department of Strategic Armament Warehouses of the entire army in 2023. In addition, as the "locomotive" of the armament industry of Division 301, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Tuan Anh always handles the relationship between superiors and subordinates well, is always close to and encourages officers, employees, and soldiers, and is loved and admired by his teammates, who take him as an example to learn from and strive to follow.
