Accordingly, more than 700 students were awarded graduation certificates this time. Of these, 650 students graduated from vocational secondary schools and more than 50 students graduated from college.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Son Hung acknowledged and praised the achievements of Hoa Binh Xuan Loc College in recent times. At the same time, he requested the school to further improve the quality and efficiency of vocationaleducation activities; focus on training in occupations according to the school's strengths and the needs of the labor market.

Along with that, proactively strengthen the connection with businesses in the training and job creation process; continue to promote the school's educational motto of "promoting comprehensive human development", mastering technology, knowledge and training ethics.

In addition, with the support of the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, and localities, it is necessary to pay attention to promoting the role of youth organizations and associations in schools; promote movement activities, create many useful playgrounds for students; in addition to vocational training, it is necessary to equip knowledge about soft skills, manners, industrial hygiene, environmental protection, etc.

The school needs to take care of and pay attention to investing in developing the team of teachers and vocational education managers; effectively implement policies for students; promote training activities such as: linking and connecting according to the provisions of law; diversify training forms and cooperation models with businesses, seek partners to support scholarships for students with difficult circumstances and studiousness.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions and the locality to support Hoa Binh Xuan Loc College in studying the contents of Resolution No. 51/NQ-CP dated March 18, 2025 of the Government "On fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration".
