Quang Nam College aims to become a high-quality school by 2030

International guests included Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Vietnam Shovgi Mehdizade; Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Pakistan to Vietnam Kanat Tumysh; Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey to Vietnam Kohdayar Marri and Korhan Kemik; Deputy Consul General of Japan in Da Nang , Ms. MOCHIZUKI Kaoru and Vice President of the Korean Business Association in Vietnam Suh Jae My-ung.

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Thi Phuong Anh, Party Secretary and Principal of Quang Nam College, the school was established on the basis of merging 2 colleges and 4 intermediate schools in Quang Nam. After more than 4 years of operation, the school has drastically and synchronously implemented the tasks of training high-quality human resources. The number of students has continuously increased over the years. The school has signed training cooperation agreements with nearly 80 businesses; organized internships for students and supported job referrals after graduation.

Currently, the school has 148 licensed training majors at college, intermediate and elementary levels, attracting more than 3,000 students. In addition, the school also trains about 1,500 students in elementary and short-term vocational programs; at the same time, it also cooperates in university and postgraduate training and car driving training of all classes.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and achievements of Quang Nam College in constantly striving, achieving success, and making an important contribution to the training of high-quality human resources for the city and the whole country.

The school's international cooperation has also recorded many improvements, through the implementation of diverse cooperation activities, training links with the government, associations, businesses and colleges and universities from countries such as Japan, Canada, Taiwan, Laos, Philippines, Germany, and Korea. The school has 3 training programs recognized as meeting national education quality accreditation standards in 2025. This is a remarkable result and needs to continue to be promoted more strongly in the coming time.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan noted that in the current context, the school and its staff and teachers need to make more efforts. At the same time, it is necessary to build a school development strategy with a long-term vision, aiming to become a high-quality school by 2030.

At the ceremony, the school announced the decisions to recognize 3 training programs that meet national education quality accreditation standards and implemented cooperation programs signed with businesses.
