The first police school announced its enrollment targets for 2025.

This year, the University of Water Resources has been assigned to recruit 200 flood control officers, an increase of 60 officers compared to last year.

Tuong plans to recruit 100 candidates in the Northern region (90 men, 10 women), candidates from provinces and cities from Thua Thien Hue and above, and 100 candidates in the Southern region (90 men, 10 women), candidates from provinces and cities from Da Nang city and below.

In addition, the school also announced the recruitment of 50 students (5 female, 45 male) for the 2nd degree program in police service, without dividing into regions. For civilian training, the school is determining the quota, after the report is approved, there will be a specific announcement later.

The admission score to the Fire Prevention and Fighting University last year was from 18.17 to 21.7, depending on the male and female groups and region.

Previously, in January 2025, the Ministry of Public Security issued a decision to allocate enrollment quotas for public security academies and schools in 2025. Of which, the total enrollment quota for full-time university is 2,200; for intermediate level, 300; and for second degree, 850.

Schools continue to recruit students mainly based on high school graduation exam scores combined with the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test scores. The test consists of 3 parts: mandatory essay, mandatory multiple choice, and optional multiple choice.

The compulsory essay section includes one social argumentative question with a maximum total score of 25. The compulsory multiple choice section includes 35 Math questions (35 points), 10 History questions (10 points), and 20 Foreign Language questions (15 points).

The multiple choice test has 15 questions (15 points), candidates choose one of the following subjects: Physics (CA1), Chemistry (CA2), Biology (CA3), Geography (CA4). Candidates take the test in 180 minutes, total score 100.
