To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), Hang Vinh Secondary School (Hang Vinh Commune, Nam Can District) organized many practical activities, with the theme "Memories of the day of complete victory - 50 years of a journey - Shining Vietnamese history".
Dance performance "Uncle Ho's Generation Youth - Youth Aspiration" performed by 8B class students, at the flag-raising ceremony on the morning of April 28.
Accordingly, the activity took place from April 24-28, aiming toeducate students about the tradition of patriotism, national pride, and gratitude towards the generations of fathers and brothers who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. At the same time, it created a vibrant and meaningful atmosphere in the Team activities, enhancing students' understanding of the great historical events of the nation.
393 students of the school performed in unison forming the number 50, symbolizing the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification.
The highlight was the flag-raising ceremony on April 28 with the theme “Welcoming the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day”, with nearly 400 students and 29 administrators, teachers and staff from the entire school participating.
Students answer questions and receive prizes set by the Organizing Committee related to historical figures, places, timelines, and the significance of national reunification day.
Teachers and students performed together to the music "As if Uncle Ho were here on the great victory day".
