Currently, in Dam Doi district, there are 79 information technology - telecommunications loudspeaker clusters, with 158 loudspeakers; 1 district-level radio station; 16/16 communes and towns have radio stations and old technology loudspeaker systems covering all hamlets, with 150 clusters and 300 loudspeakers. Of which, over 50% of the loudspeakers are installed automatically in broadcasting.

The commune-level radio system is an extension of the district-level propaganda agency; it is the voice and bridge between the Party Committee and the grassroots people. The district-level radio station builds and maintains columns and topics: "Party building", "Studying and following Uncle Ho", "Policies and Laws"... for broadcasting; accordingly, the commune-level radio station and the grassroots radio system have proactively and promptly relayed information from the district-level radio station as well as quickly, promptly and fully propagandized the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and decisions of local Party committees and authorities on the results of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the political system, and national solidarity...

From there, it helps people access the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, especially issues related to poverty reduction and the rights closely related to people's lives. This is also an opportunity for the poor to learn and grasp the achievements of science - technology, modern technology to apply in life, work, production to contribute to enriching the intellectual, cultural, economic values ​​for themselves, their families and society, especially in protecting the ideological values ​​of the Party.

Up to now, Tan Tien commune has a total of 28 loudspeaker clusters, with 57 loudspeakers, of which 6 clusters are invested by the people; 10/10 hamlets have wireless loudspeaker clusters to transmit propaganda information to the people in a timely manner.

Grassroots radio has a different characteristic from information in the press, which is that the information is short, concise, easy to understand, easy to remember, easy to apply. With special means, grassroot radio is close, highly convincing, because it is carried out by local people, speaking the local language, the scope of information provided is narrower, only including essential information directly related to the lives of people living in that locality.
