Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just signed Decision 1510/QD-TTg dated July 10, 2025 promulgating the list of public service units under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

From July 10, the Ministry of Home Affairs has 2 affiliated public service units.

According to this Decision, public service units under the Ministry of Home Affairs include two units: University of Labor and Social Affairs and Overseas Labor Center.

Transfer 2 units to the Ministry of National Defense before December 31, 2025

The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of National Defense and relevant agencies to transfer the Vietnam Mine Action Center and the Vietnam Mine Action Support Fund to the Ministry of National Defense, to be completed before December 31, 2025.

The Vietnam Mine Action Support Fund and the Vietnam Mine Action Center continue to operate under current regulations until competent authorities complete the transfer and acceptance as prescribed.

Reorganize the Construction Investment Project Management Board to the Ministry Office

At the same time, the Deputy Prime Minister also requested the Ministry of Home Affairs to arrange and reorganize the Construction Investment Project Management Board to the Ministry's Office, to be completed before March 31, 2026.

The Construction Investment Project Management Board continues to operate according to current regulations until the Minister of Home Affairs completes the arrangement and reorganization according to regulations.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing; replaces Decision No. 620/QD-TTg dated May 10, 2017 of the Prime Minister promulgating the list of public service units under the Ministry of Home Affairs and Decision No. 58/QD-TTg dated January 9, 2014 of the Prime Minister promulgating the list of public service units under the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.
