From July 10th, the Ministry of Interior has two affiliated public service units.

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just signed Decision 1510/QD-TTg dated July 10, 2025, promulgating the list of public non-business units under the Ministry of Interior.

From July 10th, the Ministry of Interior has two affiliated public service units.

According to this Decision, the public service units under the Ministry of Interior include two units: the University of Labour and Social Affairs and the Center for Overseas Labour.

Transfer the two units to the Ministry of National Defence before December 31, 2025.

The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Interior to take the lead, in coordination with the Ministry of National Defense and relevant agencies, in transferring the Vietnam Mine Action Center and the Vietnam Mine Action Fund to the direct control of the Ministry of National Defense, to be completed before December 31, 2025.

The Vietnam Mine Action Fund and the Vietnam Mine Action Center will continue to operate in accordance with current regulations until the competent authorities complete the transfer and acceptance process as stipulated.

Reorganize the Investment and Construction Project Management Board into the Ministry's Office.

At the same time, the Deputy Prime Minister also requested the Ministry of Interior to reorganize the Investment and Construction Project Management Board into the Ministry's Office, to be completed before March 31, 2026.

The Investment and Construction Project Management Board will continue to operate according to current regulations until the Minister of Home Affairs completes the restructuring and reorganization as prescribed.

This decision takes effect from the date of signing; it replaces Decision No. 620/QD-TTg dated May 10, 2017 of the Prime Minister promulgating the list of public non-business units under the Ministry of Interior and Decision No. 58/QD-TTg dated January 9, 2014 of the Prime Minister promulgating the list of public non-business units under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
