Directly inspecting and encouraging soldiers to perform their duty of guarding and training in combat readiness, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, qualifications and combat readiness capabilities of Battalion 77, Regiment 257, Division 361, Air Defense - Air Force.

In particular, the unit has quickly trained, operated, and mastered new equipment and weapons researched, improved, produced, and handed over to the unit by the Military Industry-Telecoms Group ( Viettel ), contributing to enhancing strength and combat readiness in all situations, firmly protecting the Fatherland's sky.

Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh praised the Air Defense - Air Force Service, Division 361 for focusing on directing the unit to develop training plans, actively learning and mastering new weapons and equipment, and contributing many ideas to serve the process of upgrading and perfecting new equipment.

To ensure effective exploitation of equipment, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh requested the Air Defense - Air Force to develop a plan and organize training to improve the level of exploitation and use, master the key movements, master the product features; do a good job of managing and maintaining equipment, ensuring the safety of technical parameters, improving combat capabilities; the training process must ensure absolute safety for people and weapons and equipment.
