Working week 5, Session 10: National Assembly discusses many important resolutions on education, health, land

Today (November 17), the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly entered its 5th working week with a focus on legislative work.

Accordingly, the National Assembly will review and comment on 17 draft laws, including:

Law on National Reserves (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Judicial Records; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Public Debt Management.

Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Insurance Business; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption; Law on Tax Administration (amended); Law on Personal Income Tax (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer; Law on High Technology (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Statistics; Law on Bankruptcy (amended); Law on Artificial Intelligence.

Notably, on Vietnam Teachers' Day (November 20), the National Assembly spent the entire working day discussing contents related to the education sector. Specifically, the drafts: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education; Law on Higher Education (amended); Law on Vocational Education (amended); Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development. The session was televised and broadcast live for voters and people to follow.

In addition to the above draft Resolution on education , during this working week, the National Assembly also discussed a number of other important draft resolutions, including: Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies to effectively implement Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health; Resolution of the National Assembly stipulating a number of mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in organizing the implementation of the Land Law; Resolution of the National Assembly on a number of specific mechanisms and policies to improve the effectiveness of international integration.
