During the training program, officials from the Sub-Department disseminated new documents and regulations on the management of agricultural, forestry, and aquatic product quality; and provided guidance on conditions for ensuring food safety in production, business, and product traceability.
In addition, trainees are equipped with methods for inspecting, evaluating, and monitoring food safety at the facility; access to safe agricultural production techniques; and content related to establishing and operating community monitoring teams.
Through this training course, the community monitoring team has strengthened their professional knowledge and skills, contributing to improving the effectiveness of food safety assurance work and serving the goal of building sustainable new rural areas.
