During the training program, the Department's staff deployed new documents and regulations on agricultural, forestry and fishery product quality management; provided guidance on food safety conditions in production, business and product traceability.
In addition, trainees are equipped with methods for inspecting, evaluating, and monitoring food safety at the facility; access to technical processes for safe agricultural production and content related to the establishment and operation of community monitoring teams.
Through the training course, the community monitoring team has strengthened their knowledge and professional skills, contributing to improving the effectiveness of food safety work, serving the goal of building sustainable new rural areas.
