Ea Ring village has 193 households, with 828 people, of which 87% are ethnic minorities (mainly Thai people). People in the village mainly live on agriculture , raising livestock, growing industrial crops such as coffee, pepper, fruit trees, etc. In recent years, the life of people in the village has gradually improved; infrastructure of transportation, electricity, schools, and stations have been invested in, and the rural appearance is increasingly prosperous.

The Village Front Working Committee has coordinated with the Farmers' Association, Women's Association, Youth Union, and Veterans' Association to mobilize people to participate in converting crop and livestock structures and applying scientific and technical advances in production.
Many households have boldly invested in the model of replanting coffee, raising cows for breeding, and developing garden economy , which initially brought high efficiency. Thanks to solidarity and mutual support, up to now, the village has reduced the number of poor households by 10 and near-poor households by 11; the average income per capita has reached about 40 million VND/year; 95% of households have achieved the title of "cultural family"...

At the festival, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Tran Huu The presented 10 gifts (each worth 500,000 VND) to poor and near-poor households, 1 gift worth 1 million VND to a prestigious person in the village; and supported Nam Ka commune to build 2 Great Unity houses worth 160 million VND.
