Krong Pac commune donated more than 900 million VND to help people overcome damage caused by storms and floods.

Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to support people affected by storms No. 10, 11 and 12, officials and people of Krong Pac commune actively participated in donating and supporting with a total amount of 933,633,229 VND.

The movement was widely deployed, receiving enthusiastic participation from agencies, units, businesses and a large number of people in the area. The contributions demonstrated the spirit of solidarity, sharing and responsibility of the cadres and people of Krong Pac commune towards localities that suffered heavy damage due to natural disasters.

Representative of Krong Pac commune presented donation money to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

The entire donation amount has been compiled by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to promptly support people in affected areas, contributing to helping people soon stabilize their lives and restore production after the storm.

Previously, upon receiving information about the great damage in the Northern and Central provinces caused by storms No. 10, 11, 12, and 13, organizations and individuals in Krong Pac commune also contributed nearly 20 tons of essential goods, worth about 700 million VND.

These goods include instant noodles, bread, dry food, mineral water, diapers, milk, life jackets, clothes, medicine and many other necessities, transported directly to provinces and cities heavily affected by storms and floods.
