After 3 months of launching, the Organizing Committee of the Contest "Rural Women Start-up Innovation and Creativity" in Dak Lak province in 2025 has selected 18 projects for the final round.

The participating ideas and projects are quite diverse, in many fields such as: clean agriculture, organic products, handicrafts, local specialties; experiential tourism; green startups associated with circular economy , environmental protection; application of technology and digital transformation in production and business.

In the final round, the contestants directly presented their projects. The focus was on innovation; commercialization and growth potential; the level of impact and socio-economic significance of the idea and project… and answered interactive questions directly.
As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to Ms. Le Thi Phuong (Tuy Hoa ward) with the project "Building and developing natural product brands towards green transformation from local raw materials".

Second prize went to the project "Women starting a business with Central Highlands noni fruit - Bitter to be healthy - Wood to be precious" by Ms. Tran Thi Kim Ngoc (Ea Drang commune), the project "Sound from the hands - Bird's nest profession for deaf and mute women" by Ms. To Thi My Phuong (Tuy Hoa ward), the project "Keeping the soul of the countryside in every nutritious grain" by Ms. Vo Thi Hue (Phu Hoa 1 commune);

Third Prize was awarded to the project “Thai ethnic specialty smoked meat” by Ms. Vi Thi Yen (Ea Kiet commune), the project “Ama Thao smoked meat” by Ms. Siu Thi Phuong Thao (Ea Hiao commune), the project “Recycling old nets into environmentally friendly bags - Green start-up model for rural women” by Ms. Nguyen Thi Le ( Phu Yen ward) and the project “Handicraft products from wool and fabric” by Ms. Nguyen Hoai Thanh Tuyen (Thanh Nhat ward). In addition, the contest also awarded 9 Encouragement prizes.
The contest “Rural women start-up innovation” in Dak Lak province in 2025 aims to encourage and arouse the spirit of entrepreneurship and creativity among women members, especially rural women and ethnic minority women. Thereby, searching, discovering and supporting the replication of feasible start-up models, linking women's start-up ideas with the National Target Program on new rural construction, developing OCOP products, local specialty products and green, sustainable start-ups, contributing to increasing income, developing the household and community economy.
