Mr. Le Hoang Xuyen - Chairman of the People's Committee of Nga Bay City, Hau Giang Province - said that Nga Bay City has a strategic position in Hau Giang Province and the region, connecting road traffic with provinces and cities in the Western region. It is the convergence point of seven large canals, making Nga Bay an important waterway traffic hub of the Mekong Delta region.

The event was organized on a large scale to promote the image of the homeland and people of Nga Bay, as well as create a highlight to attract tourists, promote tourism, and promote investment in socio-economic development for the locality.
