On the evening of November 17, the Hokkaido Festival in Ha Long 2023 officially took place at 30/10 Square, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province. In his welcoming speech, Mr. Cao Tuong Huy - Acting Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province - believed that the Hokkaido Festival in Ha Long and activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam - Japan diplomatic relations in Quang Ninh will create new momentum, continue to open up practical and effective cooperation opportunities, contributing to promoting and deepening the extensive strategic cooperative partnership between Vietnam and Japan.
