Commendation of typical advanced models of Tax Department of Region XV

On the afternoon of May 27, the Tax Department of Region XV held a conference to commend typical advanced models in the period 2020-2025.

Over the past 5 years, the emulation and reward work at the Tax Department of Region XV has had many positive changes, creating motivation for officials and civil servants to strive to excellently complete the tasks of budget collection and administrative reform.

From 2020 to the end of 2024, budget revenue in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province always exceeded the estimate assigned by the Ministry of Finance by 2.5-20.5%; Dong Nai province exceeded by 2-37%; Binh Thuan province exceeded by 1.7-58.8% and Ninh Thuan exceeded by 14-52%, contributing significantly to ensuring financial resources for localities.

Mr. Doan Minh Dung, Branch Director (flower recipient) is one of 7 advanced models of the Tax Department of Region XV who will attend the national conference of advanced models of the tax industry.

The commendation work was carried out promptly, publicly and transparently, with thousands of collectives and individuals being honored. In particular, the application of information technology in emulation and commendation management has helped simplify procedures and improve management efficiency. In 5 years, the entire unit had 1,538 initiatives recognized and classified by the Tax Department and the General Department of Taxation.

In the period of 2025-2030, the Tax Department of Region XV focuses on innovating the content and form of emulation movements by topic and peak period associated with each key task in implementing professional tasks, administrative reform and comprehensive digital transformation in the Tax sector. Strive to collect budget revenue in the area to reach and exceed 5% or more of the annual Central and provincial estimates; reduce the tax debt ratio to less than 5% of the total budget revenue in the area.

On this occasion, the Head of the Tax Department of Region XV commended 36 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing emulation movements for the period 2020-2025. At the same time, launching the emulation movement for the period 2025-2030.
