Accordingly, every year, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Soc Trang organizes thematic talks, training sessions, competitions, children's forums, forums on preventing and combating domestic violence, mock trials, skit performances, leaflet distribution... for members, women, students of junior high schools, high schools, ethnic boarding schools, reporters, propagandists of the association, officers in charge of preventing and combating violence and child abuse in 11 districts, towns and cities.
Special attention is paid to places where incidents occur, remote areas, ethnic minority and religious areas. The content is selected to suit each specific target audience such as: Skills and solutions to prevent and combat violence and abuse against women and children, especially school violence and sexual abuse; life skills, pre-marital knowledge, reproductive health; introduction of support models for victims of violence and abuse; forms of punishment for violations of the Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence, the Law on Gender Equality, the Law on Children, etc.

According to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Soc Trang, during the Action Month for Children, the province has organized propaganda on the grassroots radio system about 480 propaganda sessions; 21 special columns; 17 radio stories; 15 Q&A sessions; 187 news, articles, and propaganda documents with a total broadcast time of about 2,300 minutes, and collaborated on about 26 news articles with related content on provincial newspapers and radio stations. According to Ms. Tran Thi Hoang My, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Soc Trang, every year and especially during the Month of Action for Children (June), the authorities focus on propaganda, education, and implementation of preventive measures to prevent children from falling into special circumstances. To promote the movement of the whole people to care for, educate and protect children, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Association directs its affiliated units to step up coordination in propaganda and education to raise awareness and skills for women's association members.
Through diverse and rich forms, the work of propaganda, dissemination and legal education at all levels in Soc Trang province is increasingly effective and practical.
At the same time, coordinate with schools to organize propaganda and provide guidance on knowledge on skills to prevent and combat school violence, prevent and combat child sexual abuse; provide guidance on effective and safe use of social networks. Diversify forms of propaganda such as: thematic talks, skits, video reports, "Listening to children talk" forums on the causes and consequences of child violence and abuse and how to prevent them. Pay attention to organizing policy dialogues between leaders of Party committees, authorities, departments and women's union members on policies to support and intervene in children when they are abused and subjected to violence.
