Meanwhile, the State Bank listed the central exchange rate at 24,843 VND/USD, down 3 VND compared to yesterday. With a margin of +/-5%, the ceiling exchange rate reached 26,085 VND/USD, while the floor exchange rate was 23,601 VND/USD. At the State Bank Exchange, the reference exchange rate was announced at 23,654 - 26,038 VND/USD (buy - sell).
The exchange rate of CNY at Vietcombank this morning was recorded at 3,466 - 3,577 VND/CNY (buy - sell), up 3 VND compared to the previous session. Similarly, BIDV also adjusted the CNY exchange rate to 3,483 - 3,579 VND/CNY, up 3 VND in both buying and selling directions.
