In 2024, the total adjusted investment capital plan of Duy Xuyen district is nearly 216.3 billion VND (not including the capital for 2023 that is allowed to be extended). However, according to the aggregated data, in the first quarter of this year, the district has only disbursed more than 7 billion VND, reaching 3.26%.

According to the leader of Duy Xuyen district, the reason for the slow disbursement of investment capital is that compensation and resettlement policies change frequently, making it difficult to carry out site clearance work.
