
From the beginning of 2025 until now, the People's Committee of Que Son district has directed to increase human resources to receive and handle administrative records and procedures for citizens in a timely manner.
In April 2025 alone, the district's relevant units received 1,814 records (813 records were transferred in the previous period and 1,001 records were received in the period). Of these, 740 records were resolved (641 records before and within the deadline, 99 records were overdue), 1,074 records were being resolved (691 records were within the deadline, 383 records were overdue).
The rate of applications resolved before and on time reached 73.43%, the rate of applications submitted online reached 97.8%, and the rate of applications paid online reached 95.5%.
