The rate of case settlement by the People's Court at two levels in the province increased by 6.7%.

In the past 6 months, the People's Courts at two levels in the province have accepted 2,412 cases of all kinds; resolved 1,787 cases, reaching 74.1%. Compared to the same period in 2023, there was a decrease of 212 cases; the resolution increased by 18 cases; the resolution rate increased by 6.7%. The settlement of civil, family, administrative, commercial and labor cases... was mostly resolved by conciliation and dialogue. During the period, the number of successful conciliation and dialogue cases was 1,181/1,380 cases, reaching 85.6%, thereby limiting the opening of court sessions and maintaining solidarity among the people.

At the conference, delegates focused on exchanging and contributing many ideas to propose solutions to overcome shortcomings and limitations to continue to perform well the tasks in the last 6 months of the year. Therein, focusing on improving the quality of trials of all types of cases to ensure the right person, right crime, right law, especially focusing on promoting litigation in court; seriously drawing lessons from the limitations and shortcomings in professional work in the first 6 months of the year, focusing on doing well the mediation work in resolving cases in the civil field...

Leaders of the Provincial People's Court awarded Certificates of Merit to individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement phase 1 of 2024.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Court awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 collectives, 36 individuals who are officials and civil servants of the People's Courts at 2 levels in the province, 14 people's jurors, and 5 mediators with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement phase 1 of 2024.
