U13 T&T Cup 2025, a new playground for dreams

For 5 days, from May 17 to May 21, the U13 T&T Cup 2025 Football Tournament took place enthusiastically at the Bac Giang Youth Football Training Center. During the participation, 8 youth teams including U13 Hanoi Club, U13 T&T Bac Giang, U13 Da Nang, U13 Quang Nam, U13 T&T VSH, U17 PVF, U13 Viettel and U13 Hai Phong were introduced to the professional competition model, thereby helping them to quickly form their competitive spirit, professional attitude and tactical thinking, laying the foundation for a long-term development journey.

As we know, Vietnamese youth football does not have many quality tournaments besides a few major tournaments. Therefore, young players have very few opportunities to compete and gain experience, leading to a state of being overwhelmed when entering major tournaments, unable to fulfill the tactical requirements of the coach.

Young players will be able to compete, gain experience and improve themselves through quality tournaments such as the U13 T&T Cup 2025.

“In reality, youth football training in Vietnam, the players mainly practice on their own. Therefore, training tournaments like the U13 T&T Cup 2025 are extremely meaningful. The players’ competitive mentality will improve. This is also a good opportunity to test their playing style, tactics, and physical strength to prepare for the 2025 National U13 Tournament,” said Coach Minh Dung of U13 Viettel.

In addition to providing a useful playground, helping young players practice and perfect their skills, the U13 T&T Cup 2025 also plays a role in connecting major youth training centers across the country, thereby forming an ecological youth football network, enhancing sharing, connection and raising training standards at the national level.

With a systematic investment orientation in youth training through a system of centers in many provinces and cities, T&T Group is gradually building a long-term strategy: training from the root, developing in a chain, comprehensively linking training - competition - selection.

The U13 T&T Cup 2025 also plays a role in connecting major youth training centers across the country.

The Bac Giang Youth Football Training Center is the newest member of the T&T Group youth training system but has quickly proven that the right vision and training methods will produce sweet fruit. Last March, U9 & U11 T&T Bac Giang won the double title of Champion of the 3rd Northern Children's Football Championship - 2025. At the U13 T&T Cup 2025, U13 Bac Giang also excelled in the final, then drew 0-0 with U13 The Cong Viettel and only lost in the penalty shootout. The young players of U13 Bac Giang will certainly mature more after tournaments like this.

“Quality playgrounds like the U13 T&T Cup 2025 need to be maintained regularly, expanded in scale and spread to more localities. So that every young player, regardless of region, has the opportunity to develop equally, professionally and steadily on the journey to conquer their football dream”, Mr. Van Sy Hung - Director of the Bac Giang Youth Football Training Center hopes that there will be more playgrounds for young players in the near future.

In the context of Vietnamese football aiming for sustainable development and international competition, tournaments like the U13 T&T Cup 2025 not only have professional value, but also demonstrate the pioneering role of dedicated investors in raising the level of Vietnamese youth football from today.
