The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee supports Phu Binh people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 11.

On the afternoon of October 28, at Phu Binh commune, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee organized a support handover ceremony for households whose houses suffered heavy damage due to the impact of storm No. 11.

Poor households whose houses were completely collapsed or washed away received 60 million VND in support to rebuild their houses.

From the Provincial Relief Fund, 12 households received support with a total cost of 470 million VND. Of which, 6 households whose houses were completely collapsed or washed away were supported to rebuild their houses (2 poor households received 60 million VND, the remaining households received 50 million VND/household); 6 households whose houses were severely damaged were supported to repair, each household received 25 million VND.

Previously, the working delegation of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee directly visited, encouraged and provided housing construction support to households in especially difficult circumstances in Chien 1 hamlet.

12 households received support from the Provincial Relief Fund with a total budget of 470 million VND to build and repair houses.

As one of the localities that suffered heavy damage in the recent floods, Phu Binh had more than 8,400 households flooded, many infrastructure works and production areas damaged.

In that context, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee's leadership and coordination with localities in providing timely support to affected households has contributed to helping people have more resources, material and spiritual, to overcome difficulties, rebuild houses and stabilize their lives.

This is also an activity to concretize the policy of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on focusing on leadership and direction of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, mobilizing, allocating and effectively using resources to support people with housing damage; and overcoming damage to agriculture, forestry and fishery.

The Fatherland Front at all levels in the province continues to review, compile statistics, and coordinate with local authorities to ensure that all support reaches the right beneficiaries, publicly, transparently, and in accordance with regulations, demonstrating the spirit of "leaving no one behind".
