Improve knowledge of consumer rights protection

On the morning of October 29, the Department of Industry and Trade organized a training course on consumer rights protection knowledge in 2025 for officials of departments, branches, localities, social organizations, enterprises and cooperatives in the province.

At the training session, delegates were informed by lecturers from the National Competition Commission - Ministry of Industry and Trade about the basic contents of the Law on Consumer Protection, decrees guiding its implementation and new points related to the responsibilities of organizations and individuals trading in goods and services.

Delegates also exchanged and discussed skills in receiving and handling consumer feedback and complaints and some practical situations in commercial activities.

The training course contributes to raising awareness and capacity for the team working to protect consumer rights, aiming to build a transparent, safe and sustainable business environment in Thai Nguyen province.
