Enhancing knowledge on protecting consumer rights.

On the morning of October 29th, the Department of Industry and Trade organized a training course on consumer rights protection for 2025 for officials from departments, agencies, localities, social organizations, businesses, and cooperatives in the province.

At the training session, delegates were briefed by lecturers from the National Competition Commission - Ministry of Industry and Trade on the basic contents of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights, guiding decrees for its implementation, and new points related to the responsibilities of organizations and individuals doing business in goods and services.

The delegates also exchanged and discussed skills in receiving and handling consumer feedback and complaints, as well as some practical situations in commercial operations.

The training course contributes to raising awareness and capacity for the team working in consumer rights protection, aiming to build a transparent, safe, and sustainable business environment in Thai Nguyen province.
