The staged video included a photo of what was said to be an IOC spokesperson. The post claimed that "Los Angeles is too dangerous to host people from all over the world " and said the IOC was considering safer cities like Tulsa (Oklahoma, USA) or St. Louis (Missouri, USA).

The bio for the America - Love It Or Leave It page on Facebook begins: "A subsidiary of the America's Last Line of Defense network that specializes in trolling and propaganda for profit. Nothing on this page is real."

Lead Stories also searched for articles with the keywords "Olympic Committee" and "vote on moving the 2028 Games," but found no relevant results across thousands of sites on Google News. Additionally, the "spokesperson" in the video is not actually an IOC spokesperson.
