Hoa Duan Restaurant upgraded its fish and squid tanks and contacted traders, depositing money to keep the freshest and highest quality seafood.

Ms. Le Thi Duan - owner of Hoa Duan restaurant shared: “To welcome guests in the summer, especially the upcoming April 30 - May 1 holiday, our restaurant has upgraded the fish tank system, squid... and contacted traders, deposited money to keep the seafood fresh and of the best quality. In particular, our restaurant has specialties such as squid salad, herring salad... These are all dishes made from ingredients that are not always available, so we have to prepare the goods from this time. At the same time, the restaurant has recruited 10 more employees to better serve the needs of customers. Hopefully, this year's tourist season, there will be a lot of tourists coming to Xuan Hai".

Not far away, restaurant 007 has also completed the renovation and upgrading of its facilities to welcome guests. Along with preparing fresh ingredients, the restaurant also focuses on diversifying the dishes for diners to choose from and ensuring food hygiene and safety.

To diversify services for tourists, along the embankment of the beach, many vendors have promptly launched a variety of snacks and drinks. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong - a vendor at Xuan Hai embankment shared: "Visitors can sit down and eat some snacks, drink a glass of cool and sweet coconut water while watching the sea. To meet the needs of tourists, we often update trendy foods and drinks such as grilled rice paper; Chinese sausage, grilled cheese sausage; mixed fruit...".

Coming to Xuan Hai beach, not only can you swim and enjoy playing on the beach, but you can also explore the special "seafood market" at Cua Sot fishing port. About 5km from Xuan Hai beach, every afternoon or late at night, Cua Sot fishing port is the place to welcome ships and boats of fishermen returning from the sea or shipments of traders in and outside the province. Here, the freshest seafood dishes from shrimp, squid, fish, crabs, clams... are all distributed to restaurants, markets...

Welcoming the 2025 sea tourism season associated with a series of activities to celebrate the 1020th anniversary of the name Thach Ha, since the beginning of the year, the People's Committee of Thach Ha district has focused on propaganda and promotion, introducing scenic spots - tourist destinations, cultural traditions, cuisine, OCOP products; organizing training courses to foster knowledge of state management; human resources for tourism service management and business; directing the implementation of cultural and sports activities; organizing campaigns to clean up the marine environment...

Vice Chairman of Thach Ha District People's Committee Nguyen Viet Cuong said: "It is expected that on the evening of April 26, Thach Ha District will hold the opening ceremony of the beach tourism season. Up to now, all preparations are being focused on completing. To create a more exciting atmosphere and attract a large number of people to Xuan Hai beach, the district also organizes the Pickeball Tournament for district-level agencies and units located in Thach Ha District in 2025, taking place on April 25-26 at the clusters of fields near the beach.

In addition, in order to bring the best impression to tourists when coming to the beach, we have directed the locality and related units to thoroughly educate restaurants to ensure environmental hygiene, business culture, trade and food hygiene and safety; absolutely say no to price gouging...
