People's Procuracy of Region 9 deploys work in 2026

The People's Procuracy of Region 9 was established on July 1, 2025, following the policy of streamlining the People's Procuracy apparatus. The unit is in charge of 7 areas in 2 districts of Cu Jut and Krong No (old).

Attending the conference were representatives of the leaders of the Provincial People's Procuracy, the People's Court and the Execution Department of Region 9, Border Guard Stations located in the area; Forest Ranger Department and Police of communes under the management area.

According to the report, in 2025, the whole area recorded 80 cases with 139 newly prosecuted defendants. Of which, property crimes accounted for 36.25%, while social order and drug crimes accounted for 30-32.5%. The People's Procuracy of Region 9 has fully completed its targets and tasks, the rate of handling crime reports and denunciations reached 100%, without any wrongful convictions or missed crimes. The quality of practicing the right to prosecute and supervise judicial activities continues to be improved.

The coordination between the Procuracy - Police - Court - Civil Judgment Enforcement has been maintained closely and effectively, contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety. The unit has coordinated to identify 6 key cases, organized 14 experience-sharing sessions, 5 criminal mobile sessions, and 6 civil sessions to gain experience. in the civil field.

The People's Procuracy praised — Lam Dong Provincial People's Procuracy awarded certificates of merit from the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy to the People's Procuracy of Krong No district (old) and 1 individual.

In the prosecution work, the unit issued 7 recommendations to the People's Court, 2 recommendations in the stage of handling crime reports and denunciations, 3 recommendations in the stage of criminal investigation, and many recommendations to the enforcement agencies and detention camps. At the same time, the People's Procuracy of Region 9 continued to innovate management and direction methods, promote the spirit of solidarity - responsibility - discipline, and improve the effectiveness of professional work.

Entering 2026, the People's Procuracy of Region 9 determined to continue implementing the motto: "Solidarity, innovation - Responsibility, discipline - Quality, efficiency", focusing on improving the quality of investigation, trial, and execution of judgments, enhancing the application of information technology, and promoting training and capacity building for officials and prosecutors.

On this occasion, Lam Dong Provincial People's Procuracy awarded certificates of merit from the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy to the People's Procuracy of Krong No district (old) and 1 individual; awarded the title of grassroots emulation fighter for 2 consecutive years to 1 individual; recognized 6 individuals who achieved the title of grassroots emulation fighter in 2025.
