Vietnam condemns terrorist attack in Moscow

The spokesperson affirmed that Vietnam strongly condemns terrorist attacks in all forms and firmly believes that the perpetrators will be punished appropriately. According to the Vietnamese Embassy in Russia, so far, no Vietnamese citizens have been recorded as victims in the incident.
