Vietcombank accompanies the national program "Moving forward with Vietnam - 1 billion steps into the new era"

Celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2); responding to the national program "Moving forward with Vietnam - 1 billion steps into the new era" organized by Nhan Dan Newspaper in coordination with the Ministry of Public Security, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) is honored to accompany the program with the mission of connecting, spreading humanistic values and contributing to serving the community.

The historic milestone of July 1, 2025, when the reorganization of provincial administrative units was officially completed, opened a new chapter in the country's development journey. In that spirit, the program "Moving forward with Vietnam - 1 billion steps into the new era" was organized to spread the spirit of great national unity, arouse national pride and the will to rise up to build a strong and prosperous Vietnam.

The program is held simultaneously in 34 provinces and cities nationwide, of which the capital Hanoi is the center - where the opening ceremony is expected to take place at the Ly Thai To monument area, combined with the walking street around Hoan Kiem Lake. On the morning of August 16, 2025, the Organizing Committee hopes that participants directly participating in the events will prioritize wearing red flag-yellow-star T-shirts and check-in at the walking gathering locations to further spread the spirit of national solidarity.
