To meet the increasing import and export demand of enterprises at the end of the year, VietinBank has launched the SME Trade UP program with attractive fee reduction incentives for essential products that import and export enterprises often use. Specifically, when participating in the SME Trade UP program, SME customers will receive a reduction of up to 45% on letter of credit issuance fees and a reduction of up to 65% on cargo insurance fees (including domestic and imported). The program will be implemented from July 2024 to the end of June 2025. In particular, SME customers transacting for the first time at VietinBank are also exempted from 100% of many types of fees such as: Foreign currency transfer within the system, signing of bills of lading/issuing authorization to receive goods, issuing of goods receipt guarantees, sending for collection, canceling, amending, adjusting collection, managing collection documents, letter of credit notification, amendment notification, Trade Portal service... Up to 50% discount on foreign currency transfer outside the system, other fees of Trade Finance services - import/export services.
In addition to SME Trade UP, VietinBank is also implementing other attractive incentive and promotion programs for SME customers. Specifically, VietinBank waives up to 100% of foreign currency transfer fees, applicable to all foreign currencies, on double days (7/7, 8/8, 9/9...) and the 15th of each month. At the same time, SME customers who issue new guarantees at VietinBank also have the opportunity to receive up to 75 million VND in bonuses from now until the end of November 2024. For account services and e-banking services - eFAST, businesses are also exempted from 100% of beautiful account number fees, VND transfer fees within and outside the system and many other payment fees.
