In this context, VietinBank introduced its X01 Digital Transformation journey, with 108 comprehensive initiatives across four strategic pillars: Digitalization - Data & AI - Technology - People & Organization. The transformation program clearly demonstrates VietinBank's direction and determination in applying data and technology, streamlining processes, optimizing organizational models, and fostering a culture of innovation to improve management efficiency, increase labor productivity, expand digital financial services, and especially to implement the Party's guidelines, the Government 's directives, and the State Bank of Vietnam's policy of supporting businesses and people in sustainable economic development.
Alongside the exhibition space showcasing its digital transformation journey, VietinBank also presented numerous achievements in business operations, social welfare, sustainable development, and its partnership with the Government in promoting a green economy and inclusive finance; thereby contributing to the successful achievement of the country's socio-economic development goals.
