Speaking to Dan Viet newspaper, Miss Vo Le Que Anh shared that thanks to the enthusiastic support from the beauty pageant community, her costume, named "Mother-of-Pearl Carpet," which she wore in the National Costume competition on October 20th, made it into the Top 5 most voted-for National Costumes. Accordingly, the unique design by designer Nguyen Ngoc Tu has officially secured a place in the Top 10 for Best National Costume at the Miss Grand International 2024 competition.

Notably, the Vietnamese representative made a comeback in the Miss Popular Vote category, at one point leading the list of contestants with the most votes on the beauty pageant's official website. If she maintains her top ranking in the Miss Popular Vote category, Que Anh will automatically advance to the Top 10 of Miss Grand International 2024. This means the lowest ranking for a contestant winning the Miss Popular Vote award at Miss Grand International 2024 would be 5th Runner-up.

However, Miss Vo Le Que Anh's current achievement in the Miss Popular Vote category is receiving mixed opinions. Besides those who continue to call for support for the Vietnamese representative before the Miss Grand International 2024 final, many netizens suspect a lack of transparency, with some claiming someone secretly "bought votes" for Vo Le Que Anh to win the Miss Popular Vote award. Furthermore, some forums and social media platforms are circulating images and information about a "man who claims to have spent nearly 200 million VND to buy votes for Miss Que Anh to reach the Top 1 of Miss Grand International 2024."

On the evening of October 24th, in an interview with Dan Viet newspaper regarding the suspicion that a young man secretly "bought votes" to ensure Vo Le Que Anh secured the 5th runner-up position at Miss Grand International 2024, the representative of the company of the beauty queen born in 2001 officially spoke out.

"We cannot verify the information, as all voting information is kept confidential by the Miss Grand International organization. However, Que Anh and her management company appreciate and are grateful for all the support and encouragement from the audience for the Vietnamese representative at the Miss Grand International 2024 competition," the representative of Miss Vo Le Que Anh shared with Dan Viet.

Currently, the "race" in the Miss Popular Vote category is becoming even more intense as rankings are constantly changing ahead of the Miss Grand International 2024 final. Recently, the Miss Popular Vote ranking for the Miss Grand International competition was updated by the organizers at 4 PM (Thai time) on October 24th, with the representative from Myanmar rising to the top position with 30% of the total votes. Miss Grand Indonesia (29%) and Miss Grand Vietnam - Vo Le Que Anh (26%) are in second and third place, respectively.
