Russian MMA fighter breaks leg after 18 seconds on the floor

The unfortunate incident occurred during the heavyweight MMA match at the ACA 191 event (Russia) between former UFC fighter Klidson Abreu (Brazilian) and Russian Sambo fighter Adam Bogatyrev. This match was not considered by fans to be a technical battle.

At the signal to start, both fighters moved step by step to test each other. The Russian decided to strike first with a powerful kick, but Abreu blocked it with his leg.

A video on social media X shows that the Russian boxer's leg was broken after colliding with his opponent's leg.

Despite his first win in three years, Klidson Abreu cannot be happy with this situation. There is currently no information about the injury that the Russian boxer suffered during the match.

This is not the first time a fighter has broken his leg in the ring after kicking his opponent in the leg. In 2021, during a championship match at the National Fighting Championship 3 in Germany, German fighter Niko Samsonidse broke his leg after kicking his opponent Mohammed Sadok Trabelsi in the leg.
