According to Ms. L., at around 4:30 p.m. on May 12, she went to the nursery to pick up baby A. and take her home. At around 6:00 p.m. the same day, Ms. L. went to bathe baby A. and discovered bruises on the baby's left eyelid, right temple, and the middle of the baby's back. In addition, there were red marks on the baby's genitals, but because she was busy with work, she did not report the incident to the police. At around 8:30 p.m. on May 13, Ms. L. reported the incident to the police.

After receiving the incident, Mui Ne Ward Police instructed Ms. L. to take her child to Binh Thuan Provincial General Hospital for examination and the doctor diagnosed: contusion of external genitalia; chest injury.

Next, Mui Ne Ward Police sent officers to the childcare facility and invited Ms. LTH (residing in Mui Ne Ward), the manager and caregiver of baby A., to come in for questioning.

At the police station, Ms. H. stated that at around 11:30 a.m. on May 12, Ms. H. was changing baby A's diaper when she discovered that the baby had a rash on his genitals, so she texted the baby's mother and instructed her to apply "seven-colored" medicine to help it heal quickly. Ms. H. did not know about the other bruises. During the investigation, Ms. H. pledged not to beat baby A.

It is known that after the incident, the above children's group has now closed.
