Nguyen Van Quyet was born on November 20, 1991 in Yen Lac, Vinh Phuc. In 2013, he graduated from the Production Department at the Hanoi Academy of Theatre and Cinema. This was also the foundation for him to start a media company later. Being a multi-talented and sharp-minded person, in 2017, the Vinh Phuc native suddenly changed his business direction to a very different product on the market: men's wigs.

Chinh Quyet once confided that he started his business in the days when no one in the market knew what a men's wig was and why they needed to be used.

Quyet admitted that the initial stage of starting a business was a really difficult time for him: “ In the beginning, I only sold 4 sets in 2 months, I struggled a lot. After that, I thought I needed to be more flexible in my approach to customers. Realizing that the demand for use at the point of sale was increasing, I initially defined myself as a commercial businessman, so I decided to switch to service .”

Just when things were getting better, the COVID-19 pandemic hit and VTG Hairpieces was in trouble again. The pandemic and social distancing caused a serious drop in revenue, forcing Mr. Quyet and his associates to close the stores while still maintaining the company. Although it was very difficult, fortunately, thanks to the tireless efforts of the entire team, the company overcame and continued to grow after 6 years of operation.

VTG Hairpieces currently has 6 showrooms in the country and 3 operating offices, providing solutions to hundreds of thousands of domestic users and is favored by customers with the title "King of Wigs".

Up to now, when the market has been recording changes in product awareness, the phenomenon of men who can change many different hairstyles, long and short, and stylishly coordinate their clothes has become a wave on social networks. Long Hoi and Son Thua are two typical names of the fake "Hair Kings" team that have become a social network phenomenon in recent times.

It is known that, in addition to the VTG Hairpieces brand, Nguyen Van Quyet is also the owner of a famous agency brand in Ho Chi Minh City called Perform Media Agency, specializing in providing effective Media solutions for businesses. Including two main types: TVC production and Social Media channel building. Both VTG Hairpieces and Perform Media brands belong to Hermanoss Vietnam Joint Stock Company - which Mr. Quyet decided to orient the future to become a global economic group.

It is expected that in 2024, Mr. Quyet and his associates will continue to launch a cosmetic brand in the hair ecosystem.
