Mr. Ha Van Khoa, Deputy Head of Tax Department, Region XII, shared with the business community

This is one of the activities under the project to support enterprises and business households to restore and develop production and business activities through propaganda, policy dissemination and capacity building.

According to Mr. Ha Van Khoa, Deputy Head of the Tax Department of Region XII, this year, although there have been many changes in the organizational structure of the tax sector, tax policies, and domestic and foreign economic and financial policies, which have greatly impacted non-state enterprises, the level of contribution to the State budget in the area has still increased.

In the first 4 months of the year, the total budget revenue in the area reached 4,591.4 billion VND, equal to 37.1% of the year's estimate. Of which, domestic revenue is estimated at 4,197.4 billion VND, equal to 37.1% of the estimate; tax revenue from import-export activities reached 390 billion VND, equal to 37.1% of the estimate. Notably, in the first months of the year, businesses' compliance with tax laws encountered many difficulties. Therefore, through propaganda activities to support taxpayers, the Tax Department of Region XII hopes to accompany and improve the capacity to access tax policies, thereby limiting tax-related risks for businesses.
