Leaders of Cu Chi commune and delegates attended the house handover ceremony for Ms. Cao Thi Duc's family.

Chairman of the People's Committee of Cu Chi Commune, Pham Kieu Hung, said that Ms. Cao Thi Duc's family was in difficult circumstances. Previously, the house had been degraded, affecting the family's life and activities. Therefore, the commune mobilized the accompanying units to support and use part of the family's own funds to repair and upgrade the house to be more spacious with a cost of about 100 million VND.

This is also a project of humanistic significance to welcome the success of the 1st Congress of the Cu Chi Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 and to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The project demonstrates the ethics of "When drinking water, remember its source", "Repaying gratitude" and the concern of the Party Committee, government, armed forces and people of Cu Chi commune in taking care of policy families, people with meritorious services and relatives of martyrs.

According to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Cu Chi Commune, the work of caring for policy families has always been a priority for the commune. In the coming time, the commune will continue to review and mobilize funds to visit and encourage families, and repair houses for families in difficult circumstances.
