Duc An commune was established on the basis of merging Dak N'Drung and Nam Binh communes and the old Duc An town. After the merger, the commune Party Committee focused on leading and directing the comprehensive implementation of political , socio-economic, defense and security tasks.
The two-level local government model has been seriously and synchronously implemented. The organizational structure and specialized agencies have been improved to ensure stable and effective operations.
In particular, administrative reform and administrative procedure settlement at the local level are always highly appreciated.
Duc An Commune has been resolute and creative in implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo ; established and trained nearly 500 members of 23 online community public service teams; issued a letter calling on all people to participate in the online community public service teams...
To date, the Commune Administrative Service Center has received 3,289 applications, of which 2,972 have been processed. The rate of applications submitted before and on time is 94.9%.
After the 1st Commune Party Congress, the Party Committee issued an Action Program for implementation; at the same time, diversified forms of propaganda and mobilization to cadres, party members and people so that the resolution could soon come into life.

At the meeting, Duc An commune proposed that the province soon consider giving opinions on perfecting the position of Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee; consider issuing regulations on allowances for non-professional officials at the village level in accordance with practical requirements; arrange public investment capital to meet the investment needs of essential works serving the people. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province is interested in allocating funds to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the area, especially in the ethnic minority area of the old Dak N'Drung commune (currently there is a need for about 103 houses)...
Speaking at the working session, comrade Ha Thi Hanh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, highly appreciated the spirit of solidarity, efforts to overcome difficulties, and successfully complete the assigned tasks of the Standing Committee and the collective of cadres, civil servants and public employees of Duc An commune.

Duc An is a large area with 19 ethnic groups living, in which religious followers account for 56.1% of the total population of the commune. Therefore, the locality needs to closely follow the grassroots, strengthen its grasp of the people's situation to have practical guidance, promptly handle problems arising from the grassroots, and not let hot spots form.
The team of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees of the commune, especially the leaders, need to uphold the spirit, responsibility, solidarity, leadership, direction and effective implementation of assigned tasks in all fields.
Regarding personnel work, comrade Ha Thi Hanh suggested that Duc An commune needs to review, rearrange positions, assign tasks and tasks to commune-level cadres "in the right roles and know their lessons" to promote effectiveness.
The Party Committee also needs to promptly issue resolutions and programs to concretize the goals and targets set out in the Resolution of the 1st Commune Party Congress so that the Resolution can soon come into life, ensuring feasibility.
