Specifically, during his tenure as Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Son Duong district, Mr. Pham Van Luong had shortcomings and violated Party regulations and State laws in land allocation and leasing to a number of households and individuals in Son Duong district, causing serious consequences, affecting his own reputation, to the point that disciplinary action must be considered according to Party regulations.

Regarding shortcomings and violations in land allocation and leasing in Son Duong district, there are also individuals: Tran Duc Hanh, District Party Committee member, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Son Duong district, who has shortcomings and violations in land management and advisory work for the People's Committee of Son Duong district; Le Quang Ha, Deputy Head of the Son Duong Tax Department; Hoang Minh Thuan, Head of the Tax Management Team, Son Duong Tax Department, who has shortcomings and violations in exempting land rent in violation of the law, causing serious consequences, affecting the reputation of party organizations, agencies and units to the extent that Party disciplinary action must be considered according to regulations. In addition, there are a number of party organizations, party members and individuals who have shortcomings and violations that have not yet reached the level of Party disciplinary action.

The 36th session of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission took place from June 19 to 27, 2024.
