This aid is intended to support disaster relief efforts and help people quickly stabilize their lives after the floods.
According to the decision, the list of goods allocated includes 300 tons of rice, 1 DT3 speedboat, 20 lightweight rescue tents, 5,000 lifebuoys, 5,000 life vests, 300 lightweight rafts, 2 generators, 3 drilling and cutting equipment sets, 5 fire-fighting water pumps, and 3 rescue rope launching equipment sets.
The State Reserve Department is responsible for the data and implementation, while the People's Committee of Hue City is responsible for receiving, distributing the funds to the correct recipients and for the correct purposes, and submitting reports as required.

Shortly thereafter, the State Reserve Department also issued a decision assigning the regional State Reserve branches 9 and 10 to release (free of charge) national reserve goods to the Hue City People's Committee for deployment in urgent and emergency situations.
The location for receiving and delivering national reserve goods transported from the national reserve warehouse to Hue City will be as requested by the local authorities. The implementation and completion period is from the date of signing the decision until October 31st.
The heads of the State Reserve Sub-departments in regions 9 and 10 are responsible for: urgently coordinating with the People's Committee of Hue City regarding the delivery and receipt of reserve goods, ensuring compliance with regulations, targeting the correct recipients, and serving the intended purposes; and organizing inspections and supervision of the distribution, management, and use of national reserve goods to ensure compliance with regulations.
