Issuing national reserve goods to support Hue City to overcome flood consequences

This aid is intended to help people overcome the consequences of natural disasters and stabilize their lives soon after floods.

According to the decision, the list of goods granted includes 300 tons of rice, 1 set of DT3 speedboats, 20 sets of lightweight life-saving tents, 5,000 round buoys, 5,000 life jackets, 300 lightweight rafts, 2 sets of generators, 3 sets of drilling and cutting equipment, 5 sets of fire-fighting water pumps and 3 sets of rescue rope launching equipment.

The State Reserve Department is responsible for data and implementation, while the People's Committee of Hue City is responsible for receiving, allocating to the right subjects, for the right purposes and implementing the reporting regime according to regulations.

Immediately after that, the State Reserve Department also decided to assign the State Reserve branches in regions 9 and 10 to issue (without collecting money) in urgent and sudden situations national reserve goods to the People's Committee of Hue City for implementation.

The location for receiving and delivering national reserve goods transported from the national reserve warehouse to Hue City according to local requirements. Implementation and completion time is from the date of signing the decision to the end of October 31.

The heads of the State Reserve Sub-Departments of Regions 9 and 10 are responsible for: urgently coordinating with the People's Committee of Hue City on the delivery and receipt of reserve goods, ensuring compliance with regulations, correct subjects, and correct purposes; organizing inspection and supervision of the distribution, management, and use of national reserve goods to ensure compliance with regulations.
