In the letter, Mr. Khanh and his wife emotionally wrote: “On May 11, my daughter Huynh Thi Kim Sang, who was 8 months pregnant, went to the family's custard apple garden to play. While buying sugarcane juice for everyone, she unfortunately slipped and fell into a well nearly 20 meters deep. The family tried to get her out of the well but could not, so they called the 114 fire brigade for help. Very quickly and promptly, the Fire Police team quickly arrived at the scene, along with dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene of the incident at house number 63, Ninh Nghia quarter, Ninh Thanh ward, Tay Ninh city to rescue my daughter.... With infinite trust and gratitude, on behalf of the family, I would like to express my sincere and deep thanks to the Fire Police force for promptly saving my daughter from danger.”
