CTTĐT - On the afternoon of February 13, the Party Committee of Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee held a Conference to announce the Decision to establish specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committee and Party Cells of the Provincial People's Committee.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh presented the decision and flowers to the specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee and Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee and the Heads and Secretaries of the Party Cells of the Party Cells.

Attending the Conference were comrade Nguyen Tuan Anh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Yen Bai Province; comrade Nguyen The Phuoc - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; comrade Do Quang Minh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, comrades of the Standing Committee, members of the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; comrades of secretaries of branches and Party Committees directly under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, Party cells of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, specialized agencies, staff, and assisting the Party Committee.

At the Conference, the Chief of the Office of the Provincial Party Committee announced Decision No. 38/QD-DU of the Party Committee on the establishment of specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committee of Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee and Decision No. 55/QD-DU on the establishment of the Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee. Accordingly, the specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee include: the Organization Board of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; the Inspection Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; and the Office of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee. The Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee Party Cell directly under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee consists of 13 party members, on the basis of receiving party members from the Party Committee of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board and the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises.

Presenting the Decisions and congratulating the specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee and Party Cells of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh emphasized: The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee as well as the specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee were established at the request of the Steering Committee summarizing Resolution 18 and the Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. This is a completely new model compared to the previous organizational structure and apparatus. This demonstrates the absolute and comprehensive attention, leadership and direction of the Party towards the agencies and units of the government, and is an innovation in the work of organizing, arranging, streamlining, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations of agencies and units in the political system; demonstrating the determination, thinking, strategic vision, turning policies into practical actions of the Politburo, the Secretariat, central ministries, branches and localities nationwide.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh requested units, Party cells and agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee to strictly implement the principles of democratic centralism, collective leadership, individual responsibility, and majority decision-making; strictly comply with the Party Platform, Statutes, guidelines, policies, resolutions, directives, regulations of the Party, laws of the State, and instructions of the Standing Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. Focus on directing Party committees at all levels, subordinate Party organizations as well as specialized agencies assisting the Party Committee to develop Working Regulations, specifying functions, tasks, powers, and working relationships in accordance with the direction of the Central and the province. Urgently issue the Program and Work Plan for 2025, ensuring that work is implemented promptly, without interruption, and without leaving any areas vacant. Uphold the sense of responsibility, dare to think, dare to do, promptly and effectively resolve issues within authority or report to the Standing Committee, Standing Provincial Party Committee on new, sudden, complicated issues beyond authority.

For branches and grassroots party committees under the Party Committee, it is necessary to prepare and organize the congresses of branches and party committees at all levels in the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term in accordance with regulations... Deploy and carry out special emulation campaigns to achieve achievements in welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, creating a revolutionary action movement in the entire Party Committee, cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers, striving to successfully carry out the tasks of 2025 and the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020 - 2025 term.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Anh suggested that each comrade in each position should always uphold the sense of responsibility, be exemplary, take the lead, closely follow the tasks of the Party and the professional work of the Party Committee; regularly exchange information in two directions so that the organization and implementation of the Party Committee's tasks are smooth, timely and effective. Specialized advisory agencies regularly review the Working Regulations to both work and adjust them to suit the Party Committee's organizational model.

On behalf of the comrades assigned to receive the task, comrade Nguyen Van Trong - Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Head of the Party Organization Committee of the Provincial People's Committee respectfully thanked the comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee for their trust. Previously, the Standing Committee and the Party Committee Executive Committee held their first meeting to implement the Provincial Party Committee's decision, and at the same time discussed and gave opinions on the Working Regulations of the Executive Committee and personnel plans for specialized and advisory agencies of the Party Committee; and established the Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee.
