Through inspection, it was determined that the food business owner did not have a certificate of training in food safety knowledge; traded food inconsistent with the declared product information; traded goods with labels that did not fully contain the required information according to the nature of the goods according to the law on product labels. The total value of the violating goods was 238 million 740 thousand VND.

Market Management Team No. 3 has drawn up a record of administrative violations against Nam Duoc Bao Tam An Joint Stock Company for the above violations, and at the same time temporarily detained all violating goods.
