Yen Khanh thoroughly grasps the content of the work on anti-corruption by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and some important documents.

On August 31, Yen Khanh District Party Committee organized a conference in person combined with online connection to affiliated grassroots party organizations to disseminate the content of the work "Resolutely and persistently fight against corruption and negativity, contributing to building our Party and State increasingly clean and strong" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; disseminate Regulation No. 114-QD/TW, dated July 11, 2023 of the Politburo on controlling power and preventing corruption and negativity in personnel work; Implement the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels for the period 2023-2030.

At the conference, comrade Hoang Van Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Yen Khanh District Party Committee, thoroughly grasped the content and core values of the work "Resolutely and persistently fighting against corruption and negativity, contributing to building our Party and State increasingly clean and strong" by comrade General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; introduced the layout and structure of the work; the process of compiling and publishing the work and the necessity of compiling and publishing the work.

Accordingly, the book consists of more than 600 pages with 3 parts, each part's title includes: "Some issues drawn from the practical struggle against corruption and negativity in Vietnam"; Consistent motto: Preventing corruption and negativity from early on, both at the top and at the root; "Unanimity from top to bottom, throughout the country".

The content of the articles, thoughts and guiding viewpoints of the General Secretary in the work are drawn from rich practices in the fight against corruption and negativity in Vietnam; contributing to clarifying the Party's theoretical thinking on the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity and building and rectifying the Party.

At the same time, it continues to affirm the General Secretary's deep concern for the fight against corruption and negativity; spreading great determination throughout the political system and the whole society for this important cause.

The work has important theoretical and practical values; it is a handbook in the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity. These are very core issues to contribute to building our Party and State to be increasingly clean and strong.

Understanding and studying the work aims to help cadres, party members and people of all walks of life deeply understand the core contents of the work, grasp the purpose, meaning, results and lessons in the work of preventing corruption and negativity in the past time and the policies and viewpoints of our Party and State on this work in the current period.

Thereby, creating unity of awareness, will and action in the entire political system and the whole society "unanimous from top to bottom, consistent throughout", resolutely and persistently fighting against corruption and negativity, building and rectifying the Party and the political system; strengthening the trust of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in the fight against corruption and negativity, in the revolutionary cause under the leadership of the Party.

At the conference, delegates also heard the leaders of Yen Khanh District Party Committee disseminate Regulation No. 114-QD/TW, dated July 11, 2023 of the Politburo on controlling power and preventing corruption and negativity in personnel work with key contents on corrupt and negative behaviors in personnel work; responsibility for controlling power and preventing and combating corruption and negativity in personnel work; handling violations; and implementation provisions.

At the same time, thoroughly grasp the contents of documents of the Central and the province on the implementation of administrative unit arrangement at district and commune levels in the period of 2023-2030, focusing on implementing the following contents: Conclusion No. 48-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to implement the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels in the period of 2023-2030; Resolution No. 35/2023/UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels in the period of 2023-2030; Resolution No. 117/NQ-CP of the Government promulgating the plan to implement the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels in the period of 2023-2025; Resolution No. 16-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels in Ninh Binh province, period of 2023-2030; Plan No. 138-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units in Ninh Binh province, period 2023 - 2030. It emphasizes the goals, roadmap, tasks, and organization of the implementation of the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units in Ninh Binh province, period 2023 - 2030.
