169 candidates took the Hanoi University of Education's aptitude test in Quy Nhon.

On May 11th, Hanoi University of Education organized the 2024 competency assessment exam at Quy Nhon University (Binh Dinh province). Quy Nhon University arranged 5 examination rooms, with 169 candidates from the South Central and Central Highlands provinces participating.

According to Thanh Nien newspaper reporters, although Central Vietnam is currently experiencing a hot season, Quy Nhon City has had nighttime rain in recent days, resulting in a milder climate. On the morning of May 11th, there was no intense sunshine, and the temperature ranged from 29-30 degrees Celsius, making it quite favorable for the exam candidates. In the examination rooms, Quy Nhon University has installed many ceiling fans and wall fans to serve the candidates.

At the Quy Nhon University examination center, most candidates arrived early and were in a relaxed and cheerful mood. Parents accompanying their children to the exam were also accommodated in a cool area within the university grounds.

According to Hanoi University of Education, candidates registering for the 2024 aptitude test must be 12th-grade high school students or high school graduates (or equivalent), in good health, not currently under criminal investigation, and wishing to apply for undergraduate programs at Hanoi University of Education or to apply to universities that recognize and use the results of Hanoi University of Education's aptitude test for admission.

The invigilator announced the exam regulations to the candidates.

The aptitude tests cover the following subjects: mathematics, literature, English, physics, chemistry, biology, history, and geography. The tests include multiple-choice and essay questions, aiming to assess students' abilities at the levels of understanding, application, and creative application for university admission. The questions are based on the current general education curriculum, taught in high schools according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Education and Training.

This year, 11,537 candidates registered to participate in the aptitude test of Hanoi University of Education, including 169 candidates taking the test in Quy Nhon, 243 candidates in Da Nang , and 11,125 candidates in Hanoi.
