The TV show “Under the Victory Flag” is a large-scale program, with a production crew of about 500 people and the participation of about 1,000 professional and non-professional actors performing live at 5 locations.
The television bridge took place at 5 locations, of which the main stage was the Dien Bien Phu Victory Monument at D1 hill, Dien Bien city, Dien Bien province; the remaining 4 locations included: Ba Dinh Square (Hanoi), Lam Son Square (Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province), Kon Klor communal house ( Kon Tum city, Kon Tum province), Thu Ngu flagpole relic site (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).
The contents at 5 connecting points will piece together a panoramic picture of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, each place is a living witness, each connecting point pieces together into a heroic epic, each piece has an important meaning.
With a duration of 120 minutes, the television show will bring the audience back to the heroic years with unforgettable memories of a time of bombs and bullets. At the program, the audience will meet and interact with historical witnesses, review documentary films about the victory "famous in five continents, shaking the earth" that took place exactly 70 years ago and enjoy art performances with songs and compositions that live forever with time such as Uncle is marching with us (Huy Thuc), Southern Resistance (Ta Thanh Son), Hanoians (Nguyen Dinh Thi), Fire and Smoke of Binh Tri Thien (Nguyen Van Thuong), Unconquerable Central Highlands (Van Ky), Through the Northwest (Nguyen Thanh), Road to the Northwest, Cannon-Catching Song (Hoang Van), Cheers to the Dien Bien Soldiers (Huy Thuc), Marching Song (Van Cao), Dien Bien Victory (Do Nhuan), Marching to Hanoi (Van Cao), National Melody (Tran Tien)...
