On the evening of October 7th, the second round of the Television Singing Contest – Sea Star Season 4 – 2023, saw contestants competing for a spot in the grand finale.

The second final round took place at the Blue Sea Music and Dance Theatre over seven nights (October 7-8), with each contestant performing two songs (one of their choice and one mandatory song). This was the decisive night, showcasing the contestants' thorough preparation and investment in their performances. The meticulous attention to stage costumes and performance style was a positive aspect of Season 4 of the Blue Sea Star Television Singing Contest 2023.
The judging panel for the second final round consisted of poet and musician Do Quang Vinh, People's Artist Minh Man, Meritorious Artist Ngoc Tuyen, and singer and musician Thanh Phap.
Last night, 11 contestants completed their performances, and tonight the remaining 10 will compete for a chance to win a spot in the final ranking round.
