3,000 athletes participate in the race "Gia Lai City trail - Great dream 2025"

VHO - The running race "Gia Lai City Trail - Great Forest Dream 2025" attracted 3,000 domestic and foreign athletes to participate.

The race “ Gia Lai City Trail – Great Dream 2025” returns, bringing an emotional journey amidst the majestic nature of the Central Highlands.

The running race “ Gia Lai City Trail – Great Dream 2025” is a special sports and tourism event of Gia Lai province, organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Gia Lai in coordination with VietRace365 Joint Stock Company.

The race is also supported by relevant departments, wards/communes and Gia Lai Marathon Club with Gia Lai Newspaper, Radio and Television - Media sponsor, and will take place from October 31 to November 2 at Bien Ho scenic relic site, in Bien Ho commune, Gia Lai province.

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Gia Lai, in the midst of the season of brilliant wild sunflowers covering the plateau in gold, the "Gia Lai City Trail - Great Dream 2025" Race returns, bringing an emotional journey amidst the majestic nature of the Central Highlands.

With a scale of nearly 3,000 domestic and foreign athletes, the race is not only a mass sports event, but also a journey of cultural experience and exploration of the great forest - where each step leads through the clear blue Sea Lake, hundred-year-old pine trees, misty Buu Minh tea hills and the majestic Chu Dang Ya volcano and Chu Nam peak.

All running distances take place on roads in Bien Ho commune, Gia Lai province.

The Organizing Committee of the "Gia Lai City Trail - Great Forest Dream 2025" running race informed that the registered participants are male and female citizens of Vietnam and foreigners living and working in Vietnam, in good health, with no criminal record or disciplinary record.

This year, the race will be individual events, with competition distances of 42km, 21km, 10km and 5km.

Notably, athletes participating in the 42 km race must be 18 years of age or older (born in 2007 or earlier). For the 21 km race, athletes must be 16 years of age or older (born in 2009 or earlier).

For the 5km and 10km distances, registered athletes under 16 years of age must have a legal guardian responsible and sign a “Liability Waiver”.
