Accordingly, on the same morning, the last 3 households subject to site clearance for the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway Project through Tam Phuoc Ward, Bien Hoa City dismantled their family’s constructions and signed a commitment to hand over the site. These are households that have petitioned the competent authorities to review the compensation and support policies when the state reclaimed land in the past.

After receiving responses to the recommendations and propaganda from the working groups of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Tam Phuoc Ward, the households agreed to hand over the land to serve the project.

Thus, up to now, a total area of more than 21.5 hectares in Tam Phuoc ward has been recovered and handed over to the construction contractor. Notably, in addition to 27 public land plots, 364/364 households have agreed to hand over the land with a total of 356 land plots.
